This hand cream is rich and easily absorbed so a tiny amount goes a long way. Apply sparingly and massage into your hands before starting your treatment. Made with Geranium, a wonderful oil to help balance mind, body and emotions, and Bergamot which helps reduce stress and anxiety. Cup your hands to your face after application and inhale the aroma for an additional moment of calm.
Lepidolite Worry Stone
Lepidolite is a stone of peace and tranquillity. It eases stress and anxiety and brings balance. Traditionally worry stones are used by holding the stone between the index finger and thumb and gently moving your thumb back and forth across the stone to reduce stress. They are also perfect to use as part of your reflexology to enhance the treatment. Gently use the smooth edge of the stone instead of your thumb or finger. After use, the Lepidolite can be cleaned with a damp cloth, and you can cleanse it's energy by leaving it under moonlight or by putting it in salt overnight. Do not immerse in water.

Epsom salts, otherwise known as magnesium sulphate, are also great for our bodies. They soften the skin, ease aching muscles and joints, and aid the removal of toxins from the body.
A wonderful blend of patchouli and orange will give you a fabulous bath time. The orange is a great cleanser while boosting the immune system and relieving stress. The patchouli is great for the skin, while improving your mood. The packaging looks like plastic but is actually made from vegetable starch. This means it can be composted once you’ve emptied it out.
